After the call, we put together a full written proposal. Everything is itemized: pages, schedule, and cost. You have something concrete to review before anyone commits.

Every project is priced by what it actually takes to do it right: how many pages, how much is being built from scratch versus reworked, whether there is an e-commerce layer, how developed the brief needs to be before design starts, and what a realistic revision process looks like. A three-page statement site and a multi-section site with Shopify integration are not the same project. Each proposal reflects what that build actually takes. The call is where we understand the scope well enough to write one.
Most projects run between one and three months from kick-off to launch. The range depends on scope. A focused statement site moves faster than a larger build with multiple content templates or an e-commerce layer. More complex projects can run longer. We give you a specific timeline in the proposal, based on your actual scope.
Yes. We work remotely with clients across the United States. Most of our process happens over video calls, shared files, and async review at key points. Where you are based has not changed how any project runs.
